On December 12, our Legal Counsel, Elise Mallette, will be presenting at the Hamilton CAER meeting. The session will focus on emergency management for the transportation sector in Hamilton and its surrounding region.
This discussion aims to foster collaboration with our partners and stakeholders to support the integration of cost recovery measures into their emergency response protocols.
The meeting will be a valuable opportunity for us to distribute our new Compensation Handbook for Ports, Harbours, and Marinas. Knowing that the meeting focuses on Port Area Emergencies, we believe it’s important for attendees to be aware that compensation is available in the event of a ship or boat oil spill.
